Clelia’s House is given in exclusive use, without other people and with the convenience, and the independence of yours house. It is in the 2° floor of a small palace in a not chaotic zone of Comiso. In this flat there are: air condition (hot and cold), TV color, phon.

In the price are inclusive the water-gas use and 1 change of kitchen clothes, bed and table linen. The breakfast and the electric consumptions are excluded. Deposit required (€ 200), repaied before the departure.

Comiso places in a particularly comfortable position for the presence of the airport (from the 2011) and for the central position in south-oriental Sicily. In the immediate proximities the most known Iblei’s places (some patrimony of the UNESCO): Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Punta Secca, Donnalucata, Donnafugata, Marina di Ragusa, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, etc. To one hour there are: Catania, Siracusa, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Pachino, Agrigento with the Valley of the Temples. To three hours the Islands Eolie with Vulcano, Lipari, Stomboli, Ustica. In west direction: Palermo, Cefalù, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Selinunte. From Pozzallo (20 min. from Comiso) there is the possibility of embark yourself for Malta (1 hour and 30 min. of navigation) also with auto or motorcycle.

Maison Clelia vient date en usage exclusif, sans le compresenza de gens étrangers et avec la commodité, la tranquillité et l'indépendance de propre maison. Il se trouve au 2° étage sans ascenseur d'un palazzotto dans une zone tranquille de Comiso. Et' dotée de clima, TV color, phon.

Dans le prix les consommations d'eau et gaz et 1 échange sont inclus linge lit/bains/cuisine. A l'arrivée payement complet. Ils sont exclus le petit déjeuner et les consommations d'énergie électrique. Et' prévue une caution de €200 rendue premier du départ.

Comiso se met dans une position particulièrement confortable pour la présence de l'aéroport, du 2011, et pour la disposition centrale dans la Sicile sud-orientale. Dans les environs immédiats localités les plus connues iblee, quelque patrimoine de l'UNESCO,: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Punta Secca, Donnalucata, Donnafugata, Marina di Ragusa, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, etc. À peu plus de 60 min. Catania, Siracusa, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capopassero, Pachino, Agrigento avec la Vallée des Temples. À trois heures les Îles Éolie avec Vulcano, Lipari, Stomboli, Ustica, et, sur le versant occidental, Palermo, Cefalù, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Selinunte. Das Haus Clelia

Ist eine Liegenschaft im zweiten Stock in einer ruhigen Lage fast im Zentrum von Comiso, einfach zu erreichen, gut gelegen und mit guten Einkaufgelegenheiten.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr sonnenfreundlich, ist sehr konfortabel eingerichtet modern und komplett, Ideal fuer einen Aufenthalt von 2 Familien oder Gruppen von 8 Personen. Die Wohnung verfuegt Ueber eine grosse Terrasse mit Barbeque, sowohl auch Balkonen.

Das Staedtchen Comiso geht auf syrakusanische Kolonie Casmene zurueck. In der engeren und weiteren Umgebung der Stadt gibt es zahlreiche vorgeschichtliche Siedlungs- und Begraebnis-Plaetze. Rund 20 km suedoestlich liegen in naechster Naehe der Kueste (ueber Santa Croce
Camerina erreichbar) die Ruinen von Camerina, das ebenfalls eine syrakusanische Kolonie war.

Die Stadt liegt ebenfalls in der Naehe der Monti Iblei (Bergkette). Die Provinz von Ragusa ist Bekannt fuer sein Barock.
Comiso liegt sehrt gut und strategisch, in der Naehe vom Flughafen, sowohl in der Zone verschiedensten Schoenheiten von Sizilien. In der Stadt von Comiso kann man besichtigen:
Diana plaze, Roemische Thermen, Das aragonesiche Kastell, Das Stadttheater Naselli, Die Kirche von S.Biagio, ex Fischmarkt, Die Kirche Maria SS Annunziata, Stadtkirche.
Nicht zu verpassen die Sehenswuerdigkeiten in der Naehe sind: Siracusa, Scicli, Noto, Ragusa Ibla und Modica. Weitere wichtige Orte, wie Palermo, Catania, Messina, Agrigento sind alle in einer
Tagesreise erreichbar.
